Swami Vivekananda was a revolutionary man who made a significant change in the young people of India. He said the youths are the vital component of the country that can remove the social evils of the country.

The biggest social evil of the country is a social structure that divides Society into the class structure and places the upper class on top of the axis and lowers class at the bottom of the structure.
Nationalism could only be understood in the absence of all these social evils.

Here are the 4 Important components of Swami Vivekananda’s theory of nationalism:

  1. There are unity and oneness of the people in India despite Diversity.
  2. It is necessary to remove caste differences to inculcate the spirit of social solidarity.
  3. There is a similarity in the teachings of different religions, and India is consists of all religious communities.
  4. The national spirit in India could be developed within young people by devoting their social life and national awakening.
